Is GEO claimable under PSG?

PSG supports pre-approved digital solutions for eligible Singapore SMEs. Whether a specific GEO engagement qualifies depends on current PSG scoping and vendor listing — we are transparent about exactly how your package maps to eligible support, and route you to EDG or EIS where that is the better-fit vehicle. We confirm this in writing before you commit.

What’s the catch with the “no payment first” rule?

It’s a grant rule, not a catch: signing a contract or taking payment before the application is submitted can void the funding. So our process is fixed — scope, quote, you apply, approval, then contract. It’s a safeguard for you.

How long does it take?

Application prep is fast; approval timelines are set by the agency. Reimbursement typically arrives weeks after you’ve paid, so your cash flow isn’t exposed to grant timing.
