Generative Engine Optimisation · Singapore
Be the answer AI gives.
Your customers have stopped scrolling Google. They ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini — and those tools give one answer, citing a handful of sources. We make sure that answer is you.
We monitor and draft with software — but a human posts everything. No bots, no fakes.
A few names come up consistently. Your business is recommended for its reputation and reviews, alongside one or two others.

The shift
Search is splitting in two: ten blue links, or one cited answer.
Buyers ask, AI answers
“Who’s the best [your category] in Singapore?” — and they act on the two or three names the assistant returns.
Being #4 means invisible
An AI answer names a shortlist and stops. No impression, no click, no chance — if you’re not in it.
It compounds
AI cites what’s already cited. Early movers get entrenched while the window is open.
Why this is different from SEO
Not “SEO with AI”. A new category, with a number attached.
| Traditional SEO | Generative Engine Optimisation |
|---|---|
| Rank your website | Get your brand cited in the answer |
| Ten results | One answer, two–three sources |
| Keywords | The questions your buyers actually ask |
| Your site is the prize | The network of sources AI trusts is the prize |
| Google only | ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews, Copilot |

How we fix it
First we define your buyer questions. Then we move seven levers.
We track your visibility per question, per engine — then work the levers that decide whether you’re the cited answer. Your price scales with how many questions you want to own.
Technical readiness
Crawlable, server-side rendered, machine-readable. AI engines don’t run JavaScript — so what they can’t read, they can’t cite.
Source-of-truth consistency
The same facts about you, everywhere. One canonical story so AI never gets your address, services or claims wrong.
Third-party citation network
The network of sources AI trusts — directories, forums, listicles, news. This is the real prize, and where most competitors are weakest.
Reviews & reputation
Genuine review signals on the surfaces buyers and engines actually read.
Authority placements
Earned press, listicles and podcasts that put your name where the models look.
Structured data
Schema where it earns rich results — hygiene that helps machines parse you. Not a magic “AI file”.
Monitoring & correction
Ongoing tracking of what every engine says about you, and correction when it’s wrong.
The trust difference
AI engines filter manipulation. We’re built to never be filtered.
Shops that automate posting to third-party surfaces get down-weighted or filtered — permanently. We monitor and draft with software, but a human posts everything. Slower to start. Impossible to undo. It compounds instead of collapsing.
And we don’t sell tricks. Google’s own guidance says you do not need “AI files”, special “AI schema”, or a magic llms.txt. Real visibility is earned — quality, consistency and authority across every engine, not Google’s alone. Here’s the honest breakdown.
The grant reframe
Your government may pay up to half.
Because this is AI-productivity work, eligible Singapore SMEs can subsidise it through PSG — with EDG, EIS and MRA for larger and overseas engagements. We handle the paperwork with you.
The measure
The AI Visibility Score
One number that tracks how often, and how favourably, AI assistants cite your business across the five engines your buyers use — scored, baselined and reported every month.
What the AI Visibility Score measures and how it’s scored →
For SMEs
Grant-subsidised, fast to start
Audit → Growth retainer, much of it covered by PSG. You get leads, a number that moves, and no jargon homework.
For corporates
Measured, brand-safe, pilot-first
Share-of-citation tracking, multi-stakeholder reporting, EDG/EIS-scoped. Start with a paid pilot — proof before commitment.
Questions
The honest answers
What is generative engine optimisation (GEO)?
Generative engine optimisation (GEO) is the practice of making a business the source AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews cite when answering buyer questions. Unlike SEO, which targets ranked blue links, GEO targets the answer itself.
How is GEO different from SEO?
SEO optimises to rank in a list of links; GEO optimises to be the source an AI answer cites. SEO’s metric is ranking; GEO’s metric is citation share — how often, and how favourably, AI assistants name you. The two complement each other.
Can GEO be subsidised by a government grant in Singapore?
Eligible Singapore SMEs may offset a significant share of a digital-marketing engagement through grants such as the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG), with EDG, EIS and MRA available for larger or overseas work. We confirm your eligibility before any commitment — and we cannot take payment until your grant application is in.
Do I need a special “AI schema” or an llms.txt file to be cited?
No. Google has stated you do not need special “AI files” or magic markup. Real AI visibility comes from earned authority, technical readiness and consistent facts across the sources engines trust — not tricks. Anyone selling you an “AI schema package” as the secret is selling snake oil.
